Terms & Condition

  • ADULTS-ONLY Resort, Children below 12 cannot be accommodated
  • We have following payment options:
    • We currently only have bank transfer or G Cash for the room reservations available
    • We accept credit cards, G-Cash and cash (Pesos, USD or Euros based on the local exchange rate) for Food & Beverage and activities
  • None Smoking rooms
  • As an ECO- friendly resort, we provide 24h Solar Energy
  • Vellago Resort can only be reached by boat. Details about boat schedule please see “GETTING THERE”
  • Room rate is for two people
  • Additional costs for the 3rd person is ₱6’500 / night. This option is with the Queenroom not possible.
  • Cancellation policy for direct bookings:
    • Up to 30 days prior arrival: 50% refundable
    • Less than 30 days prior arrival: non refundable
  • Following circumstances will NOT result in a refund:
    • Delayed or cancelled flights
    • If the Coast Guard don’t allow any boat transfer due to bad weather
